By accessing or using Suncapitalfx.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all documents incorporated by reference, including the Client Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
02 Eligibility
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade leveraged products in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly offer services to residents of jurisdictions where such offerings would be unlawful, including but not limited to the United States, Canada, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
09 Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10 Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sun Capital FX regarding use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Seychelles. Disputes shall be resolved per our Complaints Procedure.
